Billing Manager
Location: : Manchester City Centre - Manchester
Rate: £ 35 to £ 40 K (full-time (per year)) + 22 days holiday and 8 statutory Bank holidays, and generous commission
Established in 1996 to serve the insurance and financial services markets, our client recruit investment and insurance professionals including actuaries, benefit consultants, specialist general insurance staff, investment and compliance specialists and financial advisers. At present, they have the largest team of consultants specifically serving these markets across the globe, with office spread across the UK and overseas. The company has been nominated for 'Recruitment Consultancy of the Year' in every year from 2001 to 2007 at the UK Pensions Awards and been outright winner for three years.
The Company develop recruitment consultants as specialists within their field – so they not only specialise in financial services but also work in teams with specific responsibility for no less than six areas of recruitment - namely actuarial, life & pensions administration/technical, investment, banking, general insurance, compliance and sales/consultancy. So when an applicant registers a CV or a client registers a vacancy they are guaranteed to speak to a consultant who understands their needs.
As a Manager you will:
• Manage a team of 5 people and develop growth to 12 by year end
• Work from a database of candidates.
• Speak to clients and focus on developing relationships and winning new business.
• Develop new candidates
• Gain repeat business.
The ideal Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Permanent recruitment experience within a comparable market.
• Be entrepreneurial in your approach
• Experienced at managing a growing team
• Be able to ensure consistent quality at a high level
• Professional, credible and immaculately presented
You will be required to work from 9.00am-6pm Monday –Thursday and 9.00am –5.30pm on Friday
In return you will receive a salary of up to £40,000 depending on skills and experiences with a generous OTE, plus 22 days holiday and 8 statutory Bank holidays, and generous commission (minimum OTE of £40,000 based on billings of £100,000 per annum). Commission is paid monthly
