Mechanical Engineer - Design & Manufacture
Location: : Sheffield,S9 - Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Rate: £ 25 to £ 30 K (full-time (per year))
A Sheffield based manufacturing company are keen to recruit a Mechanical Enginer within Design and Manufacture. The package includes a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 + pension, employer matches up to 5% and life assurance.
The role involves the design and development of new products and processes in the manufacture of temperature, flow and pressure measurement and monitoring products, plus supporting existing products and processes. This includes customer and internal liaison, Concurrent Engineering and draughting using 2D CAD packages and problem solving.
Applicants are expected to have an HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and have excellent Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering experience. Applicants with experience of Developing Instumentation or Electro-Mechanical Products, Flow or Temperature Measurement Devices or Fluid Mechanics will be looked upon favourably.
The package included a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 and 24 days holiday + 8 stats, plus pension where employer matches up to 5% + life assurance.
