Permanent Recruitment Manager
Location: : Based in Manchester. - Manchester
Rate: £ 28 to £ 35 K (full-time (per year)) + 22 days holiday along with 8 statutory days + car allowance + additional benefits.
My client provides temporary and permanent candidates for clients in construction, civil engineering, highways and business services, including facilities management. With over a decade of experience of placing the “correct people into the correct jobs” they use the right management systems to tackle skills shortages for a wide range of clients.
With existing large accounts and new exiting business to develop they are looking to expand their current team in their state of the art offices.

As a Recruitment Manager you will:
Team Management
• Manage the recruitment and induction processes for new starters.
• Review staff performance on a regular basis, providing support and coaching where required.
Recruitment of Candidates
• To prepare and facilitate ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment campaigns that ensures that sufficient numbers of candidates are maintained to meet the needs of the Company’s clients.
Client Management
• Maintain an accurate database by regularly updating candidate and client profiles.
• Negotiate profitable billing rates and placement fees in line with the Company pricing policy.
• Regularly review client satisfaction levels through a diarised quality assessment programme in line with client requirements.
The ideal Recruitment Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Permanent recruitment experience within a technical market
• Experience managing a team
• Organised

• Have a passion to succeed in recruitment.
• The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
You will the hours of 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Friday.
In return you will receive a salary of £28000 - £35000 depending on skills and experiences with a generous OTE, plus 22 days holiday along with 8 statutory days + car allowance + additional benefits. Commission is paid monthly
