Recruitment Consultant
Location: : Manchester City Centre - Manchester
Rate: to £ 30 K (full-time (per year)) + 22 days holiday and 8 statutory Bank holidays, optional Pension and generous commission
Established in 2002 and based in Manchester city centre, a multi-disciplinary agency seeks an experienced consultant to join their Permanent Commercial Recruitment team as it continues to develop and grow. The Company provides employers and job seekers with a personalised service to specifically meet their needs.
The specialist areas that the Company work in are Industrial, Construction and Commercial recruitment, and deal with both temporary and permanent vacancies.
Growth in Manchester has been largely down to our attention to detail and the fact that we are keen to ensure we find the right candidates for our clients, and also find the right company for our candidates. Since 2002, the Company’s growth has seen turnover reach £2m, largely down to client retention and a high level of care for candidates
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
• Work in a team of 16 people.
• Work from a database of candidates.
• Speak to clients and focus on developing relationships.
• Develop new candidates
• Gain repeat business.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Permanent recruitment experience within a comparable market.
• Be able to ensure consistent quality
• Professional.
You will be required to work from 8.00am-5.30pm Monday -Friday
In return you will receive a salary of up to £30,000 depending on skills and experiences with a generous OTE, plus 22 days holiday and 8 statutory Bank holidays, optional Pension and generous commission (minimum OTE of £40,000 based on billings of £100,000 per annum). Commission is paid monthly.
