My client provides permanent recruitment solutions into the Property and Construction markets.
Providing both middle and senior management to a number of specific areas including Environmental and Architecture and Public Sector clients.
Their tailored approach of understanding every individual recruitment need, and providing the best solution to fulfil each situation has resulted in continued success in building relationships.
Now entering their 5th year, they are looking to expand and bring future senior level consultants into their business, who they can support and mould.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
• Work in an existing team.
• Work from a database of clients and candidates.
• Speak to clients and developing relationships.
• Gain repeat business.
• Develop your candidate network.
• Receive continuous training and support.
• Networking.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Permanent or Technical recruitment experience.
• Candidate and client relationship building.
• Previous experience within a similar role/market.
• Professional.
You will be required to work the hours of 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Friday.
In return you will receive a salary of £18000 - £25000 depending on skills and experiences with an OTE of £70000 plus 22 days holiday along with 8 statutory days + car allowance + additional benefits. Commission is paid monthly.
