Recruitment Resourcer
Location: : Based in Altrincham - Manchester
Rate: £ 16 to £ 18 K (full-time (per year)) + 20 days holiday including Christmas shutdown, and generous commission
My Client is an expanding business in need of an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join their busy team and assist in the resourcing processes required to ensure the consistent supply of individually tailored solutions. The Company is a business solutions consultancy, providing a complete range of solutions including specialist consulting, managed solutions & interim management.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
• Work in an established team
• Work from an excellent database of candidates and clients
• Speak to candidates and focus on developing relationships.
• Develop new candidates
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Success in a telephone based sales environment, with an emphasis on building relationships
• Confident and intelligent personality
• Self starter used to establishing and achieving on own steam
• Able to consistently meet targets
• Professional
In return you will receive a salary of £16,000 - £18,000 depending on skills and experiences plus 20 days holiday including Christmas shutdown, and generous commission
